The world is learning that in the last half of the twentieth century, scientists developed a device/method that allowed them to locate, focus on, and lock onto a person’s brain by remote to manipulate that person’s thoughts and thus his actions. Mind control assaults now loom as one of the main challenges to human rights in the 21st century. The targeted person often never discovers that he has become a mind control victim, and he ends up hurting others, taking his own life, or simply becoming another “Alzheimer” statistic. This paper discusses some of the elements of what I call electronic stalking and mind control (ESMC). I am one of the targeted individuals (TIs) of those activities.
Organized stalking on the ground often accompanies the remote-operated electronic and mind control harassment. The on-ground stalking entails a variety of criminal acts committed on the victim, including monitoring his location on foot and in a vehicle, covertly entering his domicile, tampering with his food, introducing gases and odours into his dwelling, harassing him in his work place, vandalizing his vehicle and other property, and strangers making rude signals and engaging in rude behaviour with him wherever he goes.
However, victims of organized stalking are not always victims of electronic and mind control effects. Likewise, targets of remote-operated electronic stalking and mind control are not always physically stalked. This paper deals mainly with electronic and mind control activities.
In The Silent Massacre, I discuss my particular case, inform readers of what I know for certain about the ESMC, and speculate about other facets of it. Targeted individuals will readily identify with what I talk about in this paper. They understand the veracity of my descriptions of the effects of electronic and mind control attacks, which to others read like science fiction. This paper is written principally for those victims. However, readers who are not TIs but who are intellectually curious about electronic and mind control assault will learn much about the sick attack on hundreds of thousands, perhaps millions of targets, that also indirectly affects everybody in those targets’ lives.
The human resources and the enormous cost required to carry out electronic stalking and mind control, re-enforced in many cases by organized stalking, almost certainly limit its use to governments. Only governments can mobilize the enormous outlay of funds and successfully camouflage the use of those funds. Only governments have the sophisticated, highly-classified equipment and computers required for electronic abuse and mind control. Only governments can train in secrecy the cadre of handlers who administer the electronic assault and mind control activities, using deception and psychology. The intelligence community in the United States operates with an almost limitless secret budget without Congressional oversight.
Having stated that, I recognize that the secret device(s) and method(s), after decades of usage, may have been purloined by those involved and passed on to other entities. It is also possible that other scientists discovered the device(s) and method(s) either collaterally or later independently. Effort from many sources went into the development of electronic stalking and mind control. With so many pure and applied scientists, social scientists, CIA/military propagandists, intelligence agents, high-ranking government officials, and medical personnel involved in the development, the secret could have been stolen and used for many originally-unintended purposes.
Nevertheless, no non-government entity could carry out electronic stalking without government knowledge of it. U.S. Government intelligence and military units continually scan the air waves for suspicious radio frequencies. Thus, even mega corporations, businesses, and other groups would not be able to carry out electronic assault and mind control in secrecy unless they did so under cover of the government and with government protection. Several countries, including the United States of America, have experimented with directed energy weaponry (DEW) and mind control for many years. Once-secret documents obtained through the Freedom of Information Act prove that the CIA and other elements of the intelligence community have electronically targeted American citizens without their knowledge and consent for almost three-quarters of a century.
Fortunately for TIs, the internet brings together targeted individuals of electronic torture and mind control from all conceivable backgrounds. Race and ethnicity, color, gender, religion, politics, philosophical views, and all other human characteristics and thought become insignificant as targets unite to do battle with their unseen enemies. The internet provides a link among the many targets of electronic stalking and mind control. Working together, we shall eventually identify the devices and methods used in the remote torture, learn the identity of the perpetrators, and bring the cowardly perpetrators to justice….



Silent Sound Spread Spectrum (SSSS) and The All-Digital TV Broadcast Signal - Connection?

Ever since first hearing of it last spring, I’ve had a deepening sense of foreboding – an unnamed dread of the upcoming shift to an all-digital television broadcast signal, scheduled to occur in February 2009.
Now, I believe, that nameless dread may have a name, after all.

The Department of Defense calls it Silent Sound Spread Spectrum (SSSS), and it also goes by the name of S-quad or Squad.
In the private sector, the technology goes by the name of Silent Subliminal Presentation System and the technology has also been released to certain corporate vendors who have attached catchy brand names like Brain Speak Silent Subliminals to their own SSSS-based products.

Whatever you call it, SSSS is a technology that uses subliminal programming that is carried over Ultra-High Frequency (UHF) broadcast waves, planting inaudible messages directly into the subconscious human mind.

Perfected more than twenty years ago by the Department of Defense and battlefield-tested upon unwitting Iraqi soldiers serving in the army of Saddam Hussein in the Gulf War during 1991, SSSS is a sinister weapon that may have been been developed for a specific mission: the total subjugation of the American people.

Whether SSSS is coupled with the new all-digital TV signal as its means of delivery into the minds of an unsuspecting U.S. populace or not, it can be deployed by many different devices, including HAARP and GWEN towers, which would effectively blanket the entire nation at once.
In fact, Judy Wall says that,
“there is evidence that the US Government has plans to extend the range of this technology to envelop all peoples, all countries. This can be accomplished, is being accomplished, by utilizing the nearly completed HAARP project for overseas areas and the GWEN network now in place in the US. The US Government denies all this.”
But the most insidious aspect of SSSS is that it is completely undetectable by those being targeted.
Because it delivers its subliminal programming directly to the human brain via the auditory sense at frequencies that humans are incapable of perceiving as sound, there is no defence against it.
Everyone on the planet is equally susceptible to mind control via SSSS and there isn’t any escape from it, as the UHF waves can be transmitted over very long distances from remotely located sources and will pass through walls and other objects as if they are not there. UHF is the frequency (100mhz) that has been used for television and radio broadcasting for as long as these media have existed. SSSS is designed to utilize UHF as a carrier wave.

Even more insidious, though, is the fact that, coupled with the use of supercomputers, an individual’s unique electroencephalographic (EEG) patterns can be digitally altered and then stored for rebroadcast via digital UHF.
According to Judy Wall, editor and publisher of Resonance, the newsletter of the Bioelectromagnetics Special Interest Group, these computer-enhanced EEGs,
“can identify and isolate the brain’s low-amplitude ‘emotion signature clusters,’ synthesize them and store them on another computer.
In other words, by studying the subtle characteristic brainwave patterns that occur when a subject experiences a particular emotion, scientists have been able to identify the concomitant brainwave pattern and can now duplicate it.”
These modified emotion signature clusters can then be broadcast over UHF carrier frequencies (i.e., regular TV and radio signals) directly into the brain where they can then,
“silently trigger the same basic emotion in another human being.”
In other words, if the emotional signature cluster for, say, a feeling of hopelessness and despair is being fed directly into your brain via unseen radio waves, you will feel those emotions.
The implications of this are, quite literally, mind boggling.

In recent years, scientists have learned how to locate by remote, focus on, and lock into a person’s brain to manipulate that person’s thoughts and thus his actions. Mind control assaults now loom as one of the main challenges of the 21st century. The targeted person often never discovers that he has become a mind control victim, and he ends up hurting others, taking his own life, or simply becoming another “Alzheimer” statistic. This paper discusses some of the elements of what I call Electronic Stalking and Mind Control (ESMC).
While writing this paper, the people who monitor me electronically and continually interfere with my computer and emails and tap my phones, often entered my PC to make changes in the narrative to discourage me and try to make me look crazy. Keeping the paper intact and ensuring accuracy has been a constant battle. Even now, after finishing the paper, when I go back to add a salient point, I often find that a portion has been altered or deleted. Powerful forces do not want papers such as this one written and disseminated.
Fortunately, the internet brings together targeted individuals (TIs) of electronic torture and mind control from all conceivable backgrounds. Race and ethnicity, color, gender, religion, politics, philosophical views, and all other human characteristics and thought, fade and become one as targets suffer from the same evil. This paper is written principally for those victims.
Some readers may find this paper objectionable when I talk about who initiated my ESMC and who probably continues to manage it by proxy. Nevertheless, I hope that the reader can get past those objections and read the entire content. Targeted individuals (TIs) will readily identify with what I talk about in this paper. Those who are not TIs, but who are intellectually curious about electronic and mind control assault, will learn much about a sick attack upon tens of thousands of targets that also indirectly affects everybody in lives of those targeted individuals.
The human resources and the enormous cost required to carry out electronic stalking and mind control, re-enforced in many cases by gang stalking, almost certainly limit its use to governments. Only governments can mobilize the enormous outlay of funds and successfully camouflage the use of those funds. Only governments have the sophisticated equipment and computers required for electronic abuse and mind control. Only governments can train in secrecy the cadre of handlers who administer the electronic assault and mind control activities, using deception and psychology. Even mega corporations and businesses would not be able to carry out electronic assault and mind control in secrecy unless they did so under cover of government work and with government protection. Currently Deployed PsychotronicMind-Control Technologies

Here is a listing of the psychotronic weapons now being deployed against the brains of many Americans in select cities and select regions, and some known countermeasures which have been claimed to be effective.
Note: This section is long and those interested can pick and choose the subjects they want.
Some of these weapons such as ELF are deployed against a group of randomly selected citizens and a select group of federal and corporate whistle-blowers. One group is used as an innocent control and the other as a group of targeted individuals who are deemed whistle-blowers.
Do not get discouraged and do not lose hope, help is now on the way on several fronts and you can do many things to protect yourself and your loved ones. I have instituted these countermeasures in my home and the homes of various friends and have been pleased with the results, which are backed up by professional quality meters.
As you read about these quite nasty psychotronic weapons now deployed against many of us Americans, please keep in mind that without abject secrecy that is now being denied, this will eventually be stopped cold by the new quite powerful spontaneously emerging populism which is now growing like an out of control wildfire.
Smart meters and Dirty electricity: Activists claim that Smart meters (they are digital instead of the old analogue) are NOT UL rated like the old analogue ones and that these Smart meters have caused unexpected house fires and there are numerous complaints of much larger electric bills with the same prior usage, numerous complaints about sleeping problems, headaches, nervousness, agitation and various strange illness emerging. In some localities it is a violation to install any electrical devise to the AC supply system that is not UL rated so folks need to organize into action groups to expose this and stop their use as a public health issue and a violation of state electrical codes. This ignores the secret mind-kontrol aspects of Smart meters but to focus on that issue is far too immediately self-discrediting to ever get anywhere. Few members of the public who are not trained Psyops experts can fathom this unless they have been “targeted individuals” and experienced significant symptoms first-hand. Smart meters can allegedly be remotely “turned up” to emit large EMF pulsed beam microwave bursts (numerous times per minute) and have been alleged by experts to be able to emit significant or very large amounts of dirty electricity (dirty harmonics) in one’s AC circuits.
Counter measures include using grounded stainless steel screen or two thicknesses of grounded aluminium screen wrapped around the Smart meter itself, and by hanging an EMF shield of special fabric or two thicknesses of grounded, hanging aluminium screen inside which adequately blocks the inward emissions reaching your bedroom and living quarters. To be sure that you have reduced the EMF you will need to purchase an Microwave detector. There are many good quality ones available for the range of $80 to $400 which will cover Smart meters (ask the seller which model will suffice). A certified EMF detector may cost up to $2,000 and will tell the difference between regular microwaves and pulsed beam microwaves and in what intensity in micro watts per square meter and a record of accumulation per time period. Smart meters have been found in some areas to generate large amounts of dirty electrical harmonics in the AC circuits of one’s home. The gold standard for analysis of these AC dirty electricity harmonics is to analyse them with a properly connected AC oscilloscope, a fairly expensive piece of equipment.
I have personally tested my AC circuits for dirty electricity using a Greenwave Dirty electricity meter and after finding very high levels, I then installed Greenwave Electrical Filters which have dual capacitors, are grounded, are UL rated and are RoHC compliant (RoHS, also known as Lead-Free, stands for Restriction of Hazardous Substances. RoHS, also known as Directive 2002/95/EC, originated in the European Union and restricts the use of six hazardous materials found in electrical and electronic products. I prefer the Greenwave meter because it has an audio function that increases in volume with increased dirty electricity and a calculator that estimates the percentage of decrease when you add a filter.
